Employment Contract

Immigration and Work Permits

We assist our clients with the legal aspects of hiring foreign employees, including expatriate work permit (IMTA) and limited stay permit (KITAS) applications.

Employment Dispute and Termination

We provide advice on the lawful procedures for employee termination and severance packages according to Indonesian law. We also represent our clients in employment-related disputes, including bipartite meetings, mediation, and Industrial Relations Court proceedings; and advise them in worker's compensation claims.

Trade Secrets and Non-Compete Issues

We help our clients draft and litigate any issues related to trade secrets, non-compete, and confidentiality agreements.

Workplace Policies and Compliance

We assist our clients in developing and reviewing workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to: Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan), the Indonesian minimum wage and overtime pay regulations, and employee benefits packages and compensation.

 

We also assist companies to meet workplace safety standards and fulfilling the obligations for the Indonesian Workers Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
